RDX is the new family of high performances automatic wrapping machines for napkins, interfolded items, multi-layer packs, fully dimensioned to keep abreast of the most modern and performing folding machines today available or to be lined up with more packaging machines. RDX wrapping machines have the most compact dimensions on the market. RDX machines have been equipped with many innovative solutions for the tissue field:

  • The rotary folding star, provided with slide-valve aspired stations
  • Reel group equipped with pneumatic film pull control
  • Unmovable cutting axis
  • Side sealing phased with the parcel stop (no teflon belts)
  • The suction belts move inside a conduit connected with a pre-vacuum room, assuring the maximum adherence of the plastic film
  • All the motor driven groups move only in the presence of the product

rd 70 Automatic wrapping machine for small parcels and multi-layer packs such as carton of cigarettes, paper handkerchiefs, etc. Notwithstanding the extreme compactness, if necessary a stacker group can be installed inside the machine body, granting the same overall dimensions.

Wrapping material

The film to be used is Polypropylene, Polyethylene or derived, from 25micron (it has been tested on rigid parcels such as cartons of cigarettes) to 35 micron thick.
